When does this error appear?
This error will usually appear when attempting to create either a Bulk Bill or DVA claim. It has not been seen in any other areas.
What does this error mean?
Medicare has found a problem with the details you have registered with them e.g. provider bank details, preventing Gentu from being able to create the claim and send to Medicare.
How do I resolve this error?
As this error is being returned by Medicare, you will need to contact the Medicare Business Service Centre on 1800 700 199 and discuss updating/linking any missing bank details with their provider records. Please note: this is the most common reason this message occurs, however Medicare will be able to advise if there are any other factors contributing to this error being returned.
