In order to add your My Health Record details into Gentu, you must firstly register with our platform service.
This is part of the onboarding process and you will need to receive confirmation from our team before continuing onto the next step.
Who does this step?
Anyone at the practice can do this step.
Sending your details
The following details must be sent through to our sales team on 1300 889 362 or via email sales@geniesolutions.com.au.
- GTU number
- Practice name
- Practice address
- Practice phone number
- HPI-O number
- Practitioner full name and HPI-I number (this can be for just one doctor if you have multiple providers are your clinic)
Receiving confirmation
Once your details have been registered on our platform, you will receive a confirmation email or call from our sales team. When you have received confirmation you can continue onto the next step.
