The Procedures lists (including Past Procedures) are provided by SNOMED and cannot be added to or edited.
You can add your own Procedure name ad hoc, however it will not be saved to the list for future use.
> Will my procedures move to Past Procedures once complete?
Your completed procedures will not appear in Past Procedures automatically. You can manually add a record for any procedures you perform if you wish for them to appear in this list.
