Please be advised we are aware of a problem preventing payment reports from returning to Gentu for all claim types, despite payment being received external to Gentu.
While we are resolving this, if you have any claims that are stuck waiting for the payment reports to return, you may need to review the payments received into your bank account external to Gentu and confirm if those claims have been paid.
