When does this error appear?
This error will usually appear when attempting to send a patient claim to Medicare.
What does this error mean?
Your practice has not been verified to use Medicare Webservices for patient claims. This may mean you have not yet verified a patient's Medicare details to establish a link to Medicare Webservices prior to attempting patient claims.
How do I resolve this error?
To resolve this error, you can contact Gentu Support via gentu@geniesolutions.com.au or 1300 889 362 to confirm if your GTU number has been linked to our Gentu PRODA account correctly. Depending on the status of the GTU and whether it has been linked to our PRODA account, we should be able to arrange any linking if necessary, or direct you to contact Medicare if there are further steps required from the Medicare side.
