Purchasing SMS Credits
If you would like to purchase more SMS credits, you'll need to contact our Accounts team to arrange this.
You now have the ability to purchase SMS credits from the new Live Chat bot on the Knowledgebase, or from the Live Chat bot within the Gentu product itself.

|Click the help icon in the menu bar on the left in Gentu. This will open the chat in the bottom-right corner of your browser.||Head to any page on the Knowledgebase and click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your browser.|
From there, select the 'Buy SMS credits, or an additional license' option that appears, then following the prompts.
You can also contact Accounts using our Contact page, by filling out the details on the form provided and selecting the Type of Enquiry as Accounts.
Please ensure you include your GTU number when submitting your request.
Your GTU number can be found in the top right-hand corner of your Gentu app along with your name and practice name. In the example below, the GTU number is GTU99999.
Alternatively, you can reach our Accounts team via firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1300 889 362 and choosing Accounts when prompted.
