Purchasing SMS Credits
If you would like to purchase more SMS credits, you'll need to contact our Accounts team to arrange this.
You can do this via our Contact page, by filling out the details on the form provided and selecting the Type of Enquiry as Accounts.
Please ensure you include your GTU number when submitting your request.
Your GTU number can be found in the top right-hand corner of your Gentu app along with your name and practice name. In the example below, the GTU number is GTU99999.
You can also reach our Accounts team via accounts@geniesolutions.com.au or by calling 1300 889 362 and choosing Accounts when prompted.
If you are emailing, please include your GTU number in the subject line.
