What is My Health Record?
The My Health Record (MHR) initiative is designed to improve the flow of clinical information between practitioners and practices, so every Australian practitioner is empowered with the information they need to achieve better health outcomes for the people in their care.
The MHR release will contain a direct link to view your patient's MHR - so you can have quick and easy access to a broader view of patient history at your fingertips.
With an ever-increasing amount of clinical information from a diverse range of government and clinical contributors, MHR can help you make more informed decisions about patient care and in return, you can choose to contribute specialist letters from your own patient records to MHR.
How do I get started?
Now that we have passed conformance with the Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) and received our Notice of Connection (NoC), we're ready for our customers to begin using this new functionality. We'd like to give you the opportunity to register for the My Health Record release using the form link below.
By registering for this release, we'll ensure that you receive any onboarding help you need to set up your MHR access via the ADHA, including uploading your specialist letters directly from Gentu.
Please note: If you have previously expressed interest in using My Health Record in Gentu, we have already noted your details and will be reaching out once we are ready for launch!
