When attempting to add an attachment to a customer's file, you may encounter a message indicating the file failed to upload. Gentu has some specific requirements around file names which can produce this message; if you encounter it you should ensure that your files don't include the following characters in their name: [ ] ' " ; =
If there are no special characters in the file name, you could also try shortening the name of the file.
Cancel the upload operation, rename the affected files to exclude these characters, and then repeat the upload process again to successfully attach the files.
