When attempting to add an attachment to a customer's file, you may encounter a message indicating the file failed to upload. If there are no special characters in the file name, you could also try shortening the name of the file.
Cancel the upload operation, rename the affected files to exclude these characters, and then repeat the upload process again to successfully attach the files.
