> How do I add a new agent or manifestation to the Adverse Reactions window?
The Agents and Manifestations available in the Adverse Reactions list are provided as-is by SNOMED.
It is possible to record your own adverse reaction manually by entering it into the Manifestation field. However, manually-added manifestations will not be saved to the list for future use.
