As part of our commitment to help medical professionals deliver better health outcomes, we strive to provide you with the best possible software and services.
As we build new features and products, we need valuable feedback from our customers to ensure we've improved and implemented them to best suit your needs.
To do this effectively, we commonly run two types of programs with our customers - Beta and Early Adopter.
Beta Program
Our Beta Program is the first round of testing our new products and services with our customers, with the objective of refining the product and associated processes through co-design and co-development.
Beta participants work closely with our product and development teams to provide ongoing feedback about the product. They are expected to help us identify potential bugs and areas where we can improve. It's a hands-on role and a chance to really shape the future of the product, and we'll usually compensate you for your involvement in some way.
Early Adopter Program
When we get to this stage, the product has undergone Beta testing and we've usually identified most of the kinks that come with the initial stages of product development. This is your chance to be the very first to access the product and use it within your practice.
Participants of the Early Adopter program test the refined product in their practices, as we aim to learn and improve the processes associated with a new product. Early Adopters don't work as closely with our product team and are far more independent with their testing (as most bugs and areas of improvement will have been addresses by this stage).
How to get involved
We'll communicate via email when looking for practices to participate in our programs, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
