In this article:
You can view a list of recalls from the My Day page, selecting the Recalls panel.
In the Recalls panel of My Day, you'll see three queues: Due/Overdue, Upcoming, and Done.
- Due/Overdue
- Recalls which are already overdue, or which have entered the reminder period that was specified when the recall was created (e.g. a reminder for '1 week before due date').
- Recalls which are already overdue, or which have entered the reminder period that was specified when the recall was created (e.g. a reminder for '1 week before due date').
- Upcoming
- Recalls which are not yet due and not yet inside the reminder period.
- Recalls which are not yet due and not yet inside the reminder period.
- Done
- Recalls which have been marked as completed.

To mark a recall as complete:
- Highlight the recall on the left
- Click Mark as Done.
To delete a recall:
- Hover over the recall on the left
- Press the delete icon.
- You will be prompted to confirm the deletion.
- Press Confirm to delete the recall.
Note: once deleted, recalls cannot be restored.
