On Wednesday 31st July, the password requirements for Gentu will change as part of a suite of improvements to the systems and security we use to run Gentu.
Previously passwords required an uppercase and lowercase character, and a number or symbol.
New password requirements:
- an uppercase character
- a lowercase character
- a number
- a symbol
If your password doesn’t meet these requirements on the 31st July, you will be prompted to update your password upon login.
