In this article:
To invite a new user to Gentu you first must know their email address.
- Navigate to Settings > Manage Users.
- Press the Invite New button.
- Enter the new user's email address.
- Select the new user's role from the drop down menu.
- Press Send.
The new user will receive an email containing an invite link.
Clicking the invite link will launch their internet browser to the screen shown below.
The new user should fill in their details here as prompted.
The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
Once the new user has entered their details, press Sign Up.
This will redirect the user to the Gentu login window, where they can log in with their email and newly set password.
If the user has not received their invitation, you can resend it by going to Settings > Manage Users and clicking Resend Invitation within the Status column.
Please note: If the new user does not activate their invite link within 24 hours, the link will expire.
This will be confirmed by the Expired status showing in the Status column of Manage Users.
In this case you will need to once more click Invite New and re-invite the user from scratch.
