The wait is over! Automated SMS reminders are now available in Gentu. You can now send reminders to patients three days ahead of their appointments, helping you to manage your appointments more efficiently than ever before.
Gentu’s SMS Reminders include the date and time of the patient’s appointment, as well as which provider they’ll be seeing. Each message also invites the patient to contact the practice if they can’t make their appointment, improving patient communication and minimising DNAs.
And you can get started right away! To activate SMS reminders, navigate to Settings > SMS Reminders within Gentu, and tick the Send SMS Appointment Reminders preference.
Today, we are pleased to offer existing Gentu practices 100 SMS credits to trial this exciting new feature. Your credits are already allocated and ready to use.
If you wish to continue using SMS reminders after this trial, you’ll need to purchase additional SMS credits to start sending them. Call the Genie Solutions Sales team on 1300 889 362, or email via firstname.lastname@example.org, and they’ll be happy to help.
