Gentu Support is pleased to offer remote support via TeamViewer.
If you would like to establish a remote support session with one of our support team, please call us on 1300 889 362. (When prompted, select option 2 for Support, then option 2 again for Gentu.)
If you already have TeamViewer installed on your computer, you can simply supply your ID and Password over the phone to one of our support team. (For security reasons, we ask that you don't send these via email.)

The link above will be redirect you to a web page advising TeamViewer is loading. You will see the screen below as your browser automatically downloads the necessary files.
Once this automatic download has been completed you will be presented with a TeamViewer Quick Session window showing your TeamViewer ID and Password.
Please have these ready to give to the support agent you speak with.
