Gentu Support offers remote support via TeamViewer.
Please call us on 1300 889 362 (option 2, then option 2 again for Gentu Support) if you would like remote support.
If you already have TeamViewer installed on your computer:
- Open TeamViewer
- Supply your ID and Password over the phone to the support agent.
- For security reasons, we ask that you do not supply your ID and password by email.
If you do not have TeamViewer installed on your computer:
You can download a single-use version of TeamViewer by clicking the link below.

- Click the link above.
- A new tab will open in your browser.
- You should see the text, "Loading TeamViewer now..." as per the screenshot below.
Your browser will automatically download the necessarily files.
Once the automatic download is been complete,
you will be presented with a TeamViewer Quick Session window showing your TeamViewer ID and Password as per the screenshot below.
Please have these ready to give to the support agent you speak with.
