The Deposits Report shows a list of all currently held deposits.
Deposits are grouped by account holder name.
Click the drop down arrow to the left of each record to expand out further details of each transaction under that deposit; including the transaction date, type, and description.
A deposit will only appear in the Deposits Report if it still has an unused balance.
Once a deposit has been applied in full, it will no longer appear in the Deposits Report.
- Deposit payments and deposit refunds will also be recorded as receipted income in the Banking Report, under the date the deposit was accepted.
- When a deposit is applied to an invoice, a record of this transaction will be listed in the Financial Report.
- It will also be visible in the Deposits Report, but only if there is still a deposit balance remaining from the original payment.
