The appointment book allows you to view and/or print a number of reports which may be useful to the everyday operation of your practice.
The Appointments Report prints a list of all appointments for a certain provider on a certain date.
- Select Print > Appointment Book.
- Select the date.
- Select the provider.
Click Print and the report will be generated.
The SMS Report shows all automated SMS reminders sent by Gentu.
Note: in order to view the SMS Report, you must have enabled automatic SMS appointment reminders in your Gentu.
To print the SMS Report:
- Select Print > SMS Report.
- Enter the date you wish to see appointment reminders for.
- Click Print.
The Theatre List report prints a theatre list on a per-provider and per-hospital basis.
- Select Print > Theatre List.
- Input the details, such as the date, start/end times, provider, and hospital.
- Click Print.
If any providers have a procedure booked in the appointment book for the selected day, a Quick-Print Theatre List will become available when choosing the Print button. This list will only display the providers who have procedures booked for that day.
In the example on the right, the pink bubbles indicate the total number of procedures for each provider have scheduled on this day. If you click on a provider's name, the list will expand to display each hospitals the procedures are booked at. Only the hospitals that have a procedure booked will be displayed in the list.
By clicking on a hospital name, a theatre list will be generated for the procedures scheduled for the provider and hospital selected, beginning at 12:00am. This will include the same details generated on your standard theatre list.

A list of Pending Procedures can be viewed using the below steps.
- Click the menu icon in the top right of the Appointment Book.
- Select Pending Procedures.
- Gentu will display a list of patients with pending procedures booked.
This window will display the procedures that do not yet have a date specified, i.e. there is no appointment booked. These will be displayed in the order that they were created, and can further be filtered by provider or by hospital.
You can click on any of the records to open the procedure in the patient's Clinical Record.
