We are respectful of our users' busy schedules, so to assist with this, we are introducing a regular routine for Gentu’s maintenance.
Maintenance on the Gentu application and its underlying infrastructure is part of our commitment to ensure we continue to provide you with the best in practice experience, and lay the foundations for new features and functionality.
Gentu’s scheduled maintenance window will occur every second week, on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, from 9 PM AEST (QLD time). During this time Gentu may not be accessible, and you may be logged out of the application if you are actively using it at the time maintenance begins.
