For customers who use direct debit for their Gentu subscription; we wish to advise that as of May 31st, 2018, we’re making some changes to the Gentu billing cycle.
Previously, direct debit transactions would be processed on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th of each month.
Beginning in June 2018, direct debit transactions will now be processed on the 15th of each month.
If the 15th of the month falls on a non-business day, then please note that the direct debit transaction will be processed on the next business day.
