Since the initial release of Gentu in April last year, our customers have been an invaluable driving force behind Gentu's development. In order to continue providing the high level of support that we hope you have come to expect from the Gentu team, we are excited to introduce to you the Gentu Support Portal: the new home of support for Gentu users.
What is the Gentu Support Portal?
The Gentu Support Portal is an online resource available exclusively to Gentu customers. Through the Gentu Support Portal, you will have access to:
The Knowledgebase - a catalogue of articles covering Gentu workflow guides and frequently asked questions.
The Announcement Centre - a history of Gentu's release notes, changes, and important announcements.
The Gentu Support contact form - an easy way to submit feedback, or to request assistance from the Gentu Support team.
How can I access the Gentu Support Portal?
Over the next 24-48 hours, you will receive a registration email, which will be sent to the email address that you used to sign up for Gentu.
Upon clicking the activation link inside the registration email, you will be taken to the Gentu Support Portal and prompted to set your login password. Once you have set a password, you will have full access to the Gentu Support Portal.
You will be required to log in with your email address and password each time you access the Gentu Support Portal.
What should I do if I do not receive the registration email?
First, please check your inbox's spam filter, as your email account may have incorrectly flagged the registration email as spam.
If after 48 hours you have still not received your registration email, please contact us: gentu@geniesolutions.com.au. We ask that you do wait for a full 48 hours to pass, as it may take this long for the registration email to reach you.
If you wish to sign up to the Gentu Support Portal with a different email address than the one you used to register for Gentu, please contact us on gentu@geniesolutions.com.au with your details.
