I accidentally created a duplicate patient record. How can I delete it?
For data security purposes Gentu has no provision to delete patients. If you have accidentally duplicated a patient record, you should mark the record inactive, and ensure that any financial or clinical data has been transcribed into the active patient record.

What is the minimum information needed to save a patient to Gentu?
A surname is the only required information needed to save a new patient record in Gentu.
Why can't I view/add/edit/delete certain sections of the patient file, but my colleague can?
Your user may not have the ability to access or edit these files due to the way that User Roles have been configured in your Gentu practice. For more information, see the User Permissions section of this article.
